Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis via automatic payment. You'll be billed on the same day each month, starting from your enrollment date.

Monthly services can roll over for one month if you're unable to use them. Simply notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to maintain your service credit.
We request a 3-month minimum commitment to allow us to properly develop your personalized hair care plan. After this period, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
